By creating an account or using Purrflect (“the app”), operated by Happy Big Dogs (Oregon, USA), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Purrflect provides AI-generated general guidance about cat care, a photo-based symptom helper, and a directory of veterinary clinics. Features may change over time. Some features require a paid subscription.

Not Veterinary Advice

Purrflect is an informational tool only and does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact an emergency vet immediately.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD before checkout.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you opt in, Purrflect (operated by Happy Big Dogs) sends account-related text messages: care reminders (vaccines, vet visits, medications) and urgent pet-health alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency will vary according to your specific needs; Purrflect does not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Big Dogs is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on the app.
