Happy Big Dogs (Oregon, USA) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Account details (name, email), your cat’s profile, your AI chat messages and uploaded photos, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe.

How We Use It

To provide and personalize the service, generate AI guidance, process subscriptions, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

AI Processing

Chat messages and symptom photos are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. Do not upload sensitive personal information.

Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, cats, chat history and records.

SMS/Text Messaging & Mobile Data

If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date, time and consent language) to send care reminders and urgent pet-health alerts via our messaging provider (Twilio). Message frequency will vary according to your specific needs; we do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. No mobile information (including phone numbers and opt-in/consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data shared with our messaging provider is solely to deliver the messages you requested.
